AP service is top notch. I sent the service centre an email about servicing my piece today, and they replied very quickly and efficiently.


I guess the reality of the industry is of inelastic demand - they can price it how they like it and it is up to the buyer to decide if he/she decides to go ahead or look elsewhere. 

Now imagine Mercedes Benz starts to do this…a decade of good service and track record, and the next moment, our kids who heard good things about the brand run into totally different experiences with the brand.
