my AD rep who is their trained Rolex ambassador took out every single tiny protective films away, even those within the clasp which I always requested to keep. She said this is the new rule and that was last year. Rgds Raymond
From what understand from my AD
is they AD's must do it Rolex' way or hit the highway so to speak, and not sell Rolex anymore. I hear they control everything at the dealer level. My AD said Rolex made them put a Rolex "boutique" in one section of the store to continue being a dealer.
