For Queen and Country (BIG BURNER)

Our beloved generals called for duty. To pack up together and form the lines....
To come together... share the intel and the passion for new missions.
To spread the joy and adventure of having the shear privilege to touch or own one of these..

And we came.... a small group of hard-core soldiers of 'vintage Rolex' united...

Stood up against crying children at home,... the torture of 4 hours on the M6... trying to get a Ferrari into a public parking... ditching over the ocean... and hitting up north right away again.... even putting up with the train... ohhhh men. Only the tough....

And they all hit into a small and real nice town up the middle/north/west kind of area in Queen's country.

A town packed fully by people... always a good disguise! Stealth....

And only small signs over the city ... showed... that at that moment.... it was the world centre of gravity... for a very small group of passionate collectors... focused on a real small line of watches...

T - minus...... 43 minutes!!!!!

T - minus ..... 5 minutes !!!

And the forefathers of our gang.... started to set-up the scene...

And the starts of the day started to sneak in.... here we are our Generals... ready to parade!!!

The Iranian Milsub.... ultra rare... ultra coool! Thanks for sharing A. !!

And a real nice Chrono from a special lady!

It was a great event!!!!! Great new people to meet... and great to meet friends again!!!

Mike and Jed... big, big thanks for making this great event happen!!! The biggest pile of Milsubs i know off..... And your great hospitality! Haywood big thanks for the lunch!
And to all...... what a weekend!!!! THANKS!!! will not forget that one soon!!!!

It became late.... and a short sleepless night....

And the next morning... when the town was still sleeping... and unaware....
The special bunch was leaving without a sound again... and the city went back into a normal place... with Patek, Jaeger,... Omega... and a bit of new-ish Rolex again... ;-)
