I love the 002

Hi asg,

I'm a big fan of RM watches generally and the 002 is my favorite.  It has the right combination of innovations for my taste (dynamograph, progressive recoil click, push-button mode switching for winding and setting) and a fantastic  technical look.  I disagree with the other posters about how appropriate a tourbillon is for the design aesthetic, as I think the aesthetic is about pushing boundaries of what is possible with advanced design and advanced materials, and the tourbillon is arguably doing just that where accuracy is concerned.  In this regard I find RM's Vaucher based watches (005, 010 and 011) to be the oddballs in the collection, as that movement suffers from a pretty pedestrian balance, hairspring and regulator given the pricerange.
