Blues that is due to having to listen to an inane amount of jury-duty related bickering, but it was worthwhile getting out to downtown L.A. after a while to get some new images of these developing environs .... (Via Google Pixel 8 Pro) ...  

The building in the first few images, The Walt Disney Concert Hall, courtesy of the late, and, depending on whom you ask, potentially great Frank Gehry 😉👌........

I am a novice in this arena but am impressed with this.

...but I'm pretty sure Nic & Stef's is still just down the street 😋😋😋. THAT'LL cure yer Blues!!

The concert hall, like anything from Gehry, is out of this world. Separately, I wonder what Dudamel is doing after this season. I always admired his passion since his beginnings as a young conductor. Edit: I looked it up, Dudamel is going to NY afterwards... 

In the case of the WD Concert Hall, I have always dearly loved it, and consider it to be among the world's greatest feats of architecture, right up there with Zaha Hadid's work.... On the other hand, I can see why some of Gehry's other works are, to say t... 

The Jay Pritzker Pavilion in Millennium Park And the BP Pedestrian Bridge ...  

I'd have to see in person to form a genuine opinion, but it clearly has the same design language as the WD Concert Hall.... I've never been to Chicago!....

and that's only hitting the most famous modern architects.

I cannot really complain since this is the first time they actually selected me as a juror in my lifetime, and I'm 41. Previously I was told not to even show up most of the time, and last time I did go to court but was dismissed on the first morning.... I... 

An entertainment law attorney was likewise dismissed in my case before the trial began.... I did however set my mind on becoming an expert witness at some point given the fees that they frequently collect 😁😇😁....

An entomologist was raking in $700+ an hour 🙂. I could easily provide expert opinion in either real property or security for those kinds of wages 😊....

Only those who live and/or work there - bankers, accountants and lawyers 😄....
