Whichever one feels like it's in the best condition and from the most reputable/real seller...
Welcome to WPS. And this is one of your first posts! I normally give my customary "you have to choose yourself without the influence of strangers" statement (some of the old guard on WPS say I sound like broken record, forever repeating the same message) - but those posters are often haven't demonstrated a lot of thought themselves and just post a one-line message asking "what should I choose?" You've clearly articulated much more than they have and mentioned some of your thoughts and values. Oh! And congratulations! It's not easy to get a Patek Philippe watch anywhere - but especially in Pakistan!
If they're all from the same seller and all in good condition, I'd go for the 5396R. That's a very classic Patek Philippe look. It does wear slightly thick on my wrist. So French Cuffs might not work on this watch. I nearly bought a 5146G Slate dial as my first watch (it just looked so good on my wrist) and I was split between the 5146G, 6000G, and 5396G. The 5146G slate looked better on my wrist but I preferred the aperture style of the 5396G sector dial - but unfortunately that one looked a little thicker on my wrist and I wanted slimness. I also really like micro rotor movements, and I wasn't a fan (still not a huge fan) of annual calendars.
I do like the more modern regulator dial annual calendar though. But those come on a pin buckle strap whereas the 5396 comes on a deployment buckle. The 5396 is wider, and the corners of the case and bezels are sharper, so a polish will be more noticeable. This is something worth considering if you want a watch with sharp corners. This watch has the micro rotor movement which I prefer over the slightly thick 5396.
As for the 5015J, that's a very polarizing watch and it's not to my tastes. I also never liked the day/night indicator on this watch - I prefer the nearly identical movement with the date instead. So that's my bias. BUT! it is a nice thin and elegant watch. If that one is significantly cheaper, and maybe comes more complete with box and papers and seems to be in better condition than the others (and the seller seems more reputable), then that could be the one to go for! Especially since you really like the look. Who cares what popular opinion says and even if it is not a desirable piece. Nautiluses are super desirable but half of the people who have one are sheep who follow the trends. Don't follow trends. Set your own! Yes, there's more risk of getting stuck with this one. But! If you REALLY REALLY LIKE IT... And, if your significant other would wear it in case you one day get another high horology watch... Then this is not a bad choice!
All in all, I like how you also gave us a little about yourself, your style, and your wrist size! You actually put some thought into this and tried to help your reader place themselves in your shoes and to understand you better! A rare thing when people ask this question - they normally don't give us anything about themselves and just present two watches and announce they can't decide. I wish you all the best and let your heart guide you! Only part where you should use your brain a lot is when it comes to the buying from a safe and reputable person part. Lastly, annual calendars are not perfectly reliable (none of these watches are - even the simpler 5015J isn't great in reliability). The micro rotor watches aren't great when it comes to winding efficiency neither. SO keep that in mind.
Lastly, two other watches I'd like to confuse you further with. I know you really have your heart set on a Patek, but also consider a Bulgari Octo FInissimo and the Chopard Alpine Eagle (preferably the XPS version with the special movement inside of it) and the Chopard LUC 1860 (might be a bit small on your wrist, seems like you want a bigger watch).
Here's an article comparing the Patek Philippe 240 caliber with the Chopard 1.96 caliber.
