This is truly a beautiful watch.
The leather strap is also a very complimentary colour. I hate to criticise this watch, but the strap's widths at the lugs are far too small with the bars showing in the distracting gaps. I think that is a shame.

It is said to have remained the property of the same family for a long time,
so it remained mostly unknown. As shown above, though, it is mentioned in the book from the late 80's “I Signori del Tempo - 300 Fabulous Vintage Wristwatches of Our Century” by Giampiero Negretti and Franco Nencini. Best, Emmanuel
In addition to the dial decorations there are other exceedingly rare characteristics: the extraordinarily early date of manufacture (1914), the style of the case,
sweep seconds on a square watch and of course it being a square watch made in platinum. Great find and presentation!
