Koch basically describes how auction companies don't do their due diligence. When the bidder realizes something is wrong, the auction house tells the bidder to keep mum and they will auction it for free and give the bidder all the proceeds. So the bidder becomes compliant in part of the cover up! The bidder becomes an accessory to the crime. Auction houses are awful! Scammers.

Sorry to see that and I'm sure your Dad's treasures will pass on to many generations. Many sellers are using real photos and they are not selling at lower price just to make buyers feel it's a real watch....it;s a very scary world out there.
