none of which has anything to do with my comment to you on the Golden Ratio.

Again, I am making the point that the Golden Ratio is not a scientific rule. Nor is it something that can be readily applied to something where personal and subjective taste is a crucial factor in determining. Your assertion of what is or is not an acceptable ratio is perfectly fine so long as it is understood as "your truth", but of zero relevance to anyone else.

Further, if you are to hold to the Golden Ratio concept, it does remove most watches for most people....as 61.8% becomes a very small watch for most people.

I am not sure you saw that your 2/3-3/4 range was actually outside of the Golden Ratio.
