The 5196 is very appealing and the case is so different from the 5227's that it will be very complementary, imho (without mentioning a different caliber and caseback).
As you do, I expect a Pt version to complement the 5227 family.
With another dial than black though which lives other interesting colors as blue but also salmon or the 5496P "Honey" color, etc...

The RG is probably the best

I never could see this version but indeed I heard in the past the dial looked great in the metal. The small movement can be an element to consider even if I think it is hidden behind a plain caseback (if I'm not wrong).
