I have become intrigued by and smitten with the 5370P, particularly the blue enamel dial version, which I find to be spectacularly beautiful. I have seen it in person
so I am not relying on images which can be misleading. The fact that it houses an extraordinary movement and complication only adds to its appeal for me. So, you might ask “what’s the problem, other than the hefty price?”. The problem is I have a small wrist, about 6 1/2 inches, and I have not spent wrist time with the watch. I know it is 41mm in diameter with a height of 13.56” but what I don’t know is how it sits on the wrist, particularly a small wrist. I know it is invariably described as being a “big” watch. I also don’t know how I might feel about it overall over time if I acquired one. So if any forum members own or have spent time with either version of the 5370P, I would appreciate knowing how you feel about its size and how you like it overall.

Most Patek wears pretty compact/quite well IMO
Not a problem at all for that wrist size. Maybe check out some of Tim Mosso's videos and see how some of the watches you already own look on him VS this watch & infer from there.
Thanks for the suggestion. I did watch one of the videos, which was helpful and I enjoyed it as part of my learning more about the reference.

Only for a very brief moment. Not enough time to draw a conclusion. Particularly because of the possible size issue if I become serious about acquiring it

It makes total sense to me and thanks for the advice. I have a 5970P which is fairly large and heavy. I wear it with a custom PP strap
and it is quite comfortable for me. So maybe without thinking about it I have applied your suggestion😊
This is new info to me...
...your 5970P is listed at 40mm and 13.5mm. Really close to the 5370P. With a custom strap I think you'll be fine : )

I wear my 5370P-011 with jeans and T-shirt all the time!
The black is spectacular but way too formal for me. The blue can be dressed up or down. I spent 3 weeks in Italy with my wife recently and the blue was a perfect companion on my wrist

Why not make a trip out of it and
go to the Geneva salon and try it on in person before spending a quarter million or so on a watch. I did try it on at the Geneva Salon and loved it. It is top heavy and the 5270 fits better imo but I also have a large wrist of 7.75 inches or so

This watch is lovely but it will be too large for your wrist. I have a wrist of similar measurements and I am unable to wear the 5370 or the 5270.

I am quite particular about how a watch sits on the wrist and if the lugs flare out then it would be deemed too large.
I understand that feeling, but if I did not already own a Patek PCC and had to choose between 5270 and 5370 and could

The 5370 will wear a lot bigger than the 5970
Lug to lug the 5970 is ~ 46mm.. 5370 is 50mm, which is definitely > what I am used to for a dress watch The thin bezel also will make the watch wear larger than it is
