... classic or not: the design and the purpose decides wheter I like a product or not.
If it is a car and the 911 in particular: unpractical for a car.
A car has to be for me practical in the fisrt place.
A MB E 250 diesel is all that I would ask and need when it comes to a car.
I personally find a lot cars mundane, especially the luxury league.
Watches: the 5296 is not for me, but the new 5396 surely!
The 5296 comes in a very approved design, but looks far too bussy to be simple and elegant.
And that is the point: a combination between simplicity and modesty that ends in elegance, is what I like.
