G or R?
Between the versions proposed, I hesitate between G and R.
The G is rather unsurprising for me as I often prefer white metals, the P is very cold with the black dial (and as I see on my 5960P-016 sometimes hard to read).
But surprisingly I love the R: normally I don’t go for the red gold but with the nearly neo-vintage look of the 5970, it fits perfectly.
Actually I got hooked on the look of the 5970R when stumbling on a picture of it on n Saffiano strap on the web (from website hairspring, I hope it’s OK to repost the picture - if not, please remove).
I think that it embodies both the traditional take of Patek on the PCC with a twist.

PS: looking at the strap, I would have a guess whose watches these are?

I like the R
But I love rose gold, and my all time favorite grail is the 5270r on bracelet black dial.

I like the coldness and neutrality of the WG best. The black dial platinum is the most classical fit, though 👍🏻

Had I listened to my adult daughter...
P would be edging it. She loved everything about the P but I balked at the price and wasn't sure about the look. I love my Rose gold but totally understand the appeal of the platinum.
