yourself to modern. Am not saying you shouldn't buy vintage. Just saying that Vintage isn't heaven. Often the watches look terrible in my opinion. Messed up dials and hands which lovingly will be called patina. Patina often means rough state if you ask me. I beautiful aged watch can be stunning, just as a classic car. But few people love rat cars. And in my opinion a lot of vintage watches are in a rat state while being sold as beautiful patina at ridiculous prices (rolexrolexrolexrolex). 


At the moment there are only 3 vintage pieces I would want if in NOS state:

Omega Seamaster 300
Rolex Milgauss
JLC Memovox Deep Sea

Guess I'm not ready for most vintage watches. But who knows what will happen in time and thank god, to each their own!
