Patek has evolved a lot over the last 20 years, and I make no comment about that evolution here....what I will say is that the era of their simple Calatrava is amongst my very favourite in Patek history. This version is superb....I have to say, I know many people loveteh 570 as the classic, but in so many cases I find myself preferring versions of the 565.

i completely agree if PP where to remake these in 37mm it would be PERFECTO. Original design are special. Always looks natural and never forced upon. Unlike mordern pcs which i find seriously lacking SOUL if u know what i mean. Best Iceman
