Incidentally, I was wearing one of my more adroitly adjusted vintage Omegas from last Thursday until yesterday, the Genève chronometer cal 602. Registered a loss of two seconds over a span of five days, alternating dial up and down overnight. I've two other vintage Omegas, a cal 420 and a 30T2rg, that run comparably. All have been recently serviced and regulated. What's unknowable is how long they will last in top condition. My sense is that they'll begin going out of adjustment sooner than your modern cal 3861.
