as for a 10 day on the wrist timing test, that is asking ALOT of me since I change watches daily and sometimes twice a day I could try and do a weekend or 3 days BUT 10 days is torture

but I was allowed to see, feel and handle it by one of our forum-menbers. What a magnificent piece! All the lucky owners out there, congrats!!!

What is the requirement on winding the watch? Daily? Check against iPhone Clock? I don't have any official timing tool. I also suggest <10 days since I don't have it at home, need to make trips to bank.

You need to define some standard conditions, plus some variables or acceptable windows I came from an Engineering background so it’ll be easier if you set the process and procedures for us to follow.

at least I will try and see how it plays out. For parameters, this is what I suggest: 1. Wind the watch once per day (24h cycle) at or around the same time every day to be consistent 2. Wear the watch as much as possible during the day regardless of activ...

. . . by four. Also, it's tougher to do consistently unless you have a proper jig. And I doubt any of us have one. But dial up / down should be do-able for everyone.

My brand new Moonshine Speedie is back at Biel HQ since it stopped one morning on a full wind. So much for an 'advanced movement' that is a 'master chronometer' that went to the moon and back. They are still checking it. TOTALLY DISSAPOINTED WITH THE EXPE... 

so far, I have not had any problems BUT I can assure you it has nothing to do with this specific model as I have had problems with several NEW watches from AP, Blancpain, Patek, Rolex, and Vacheron which also had to be resolved under warranty. Many of tho... 

Yes, I hope so too. I have also had Vacherons, Langes and Panerais go back so didn't expect it from Omega after all the hype for this one...

The Omega official who spoke with me on my watch said that I must turn the crown just once and then wear the watch. It will wind itself up with the wrist movement and there is no need to fully wind the watch up. I am very surprised by this suggestion sinc...

Its working fine now and it does need 30 to 40 turns like we all give our manuals. Seems the man didn't used the right words to explain...well let's give him the benefit of the doubt😄

But I would like to reassure you as every Speedmaster that I own including the beautiful Moonshine have operated perfectly. I’m sure that you will have it back on your wrist to enjoy very soon. Do you have a photo of it to share with us?

I am only referring to my watch, where the caliber didn't run the full course of winding promised and stopped. Hoping Omega will sort it out for good and I can continue enjoying to wear it.

It seems that my watch gains two seconds when I put it to rest dial up and loses two seconds when I leave it dial down. Guess it follows the rule! I´m really astonished with its performance! Best, Abel.

Watch shows a three seconds gain since yesterday. Accumulating a 6 seconds gain since starting the test last Saturday February 1st. This is a great performance indeed. It is worth saying here that this is the first time since buying the watch that I wear ...

Your Apollo 11 50th in SS seems to be extremely accurate. Congrats also go out to Omega for making such an outstanding caliber.

Brought the Moonshine for vacation and has been testing it: Day 1: 1s Day 2: -2s Day 3: 0s Day 4: 0s All these days , watch was wind everyday but sat face up for days 1/2 and in watch roll for days 3/4. I’m wearing it today but I think I’m very happy with...  

What you seem to be doing is winding the watch and leaving it stationary. You might want to rethink a time when you will be able to wear either your Moonshine or Apollo 11 50th Anniversary in SS for a week straight of constant wear without changing watche...
