at least I will try and see how it plays out.
For parameters, this is what I suggest:
1. Wind the watch once per day (24h cycle) at or around the same time every day to be consistent
2. Wear the watch as much as possible during the day regardless of activity, unless the activity could damage the watch.
3. I suppose most people take off their watch when they sleep so that would have to be a factor
