Looking forward to more information! Can it be connected to the 50 th Anniversary of the Moon landing...?! Best Blomman
Nooooooo!!! Please say it isn't so!

How could they not put in the 50th anniversary?! If you're correct then my all time horological high lasted all of 35 seconds! Kamy
Perhaps, but not to this collector!

I'm also curious as what impact the re-introduction of the 321 caliber will have on the "regular" Speedmasters... I guess we'll find out. Cheers, Kamy
This is a welcome bit of news

Surprised, but not that much. I guess they didn't have many other options if they really wanted to nail the 50th anniversary.

...this would be cool. I wonder how this would affect vintage Speedy's. In any case, If they would drop something witch is very very similar to 'Cernan', my wallet would be very unhappy
Very exciting. Some thoughts:

This is very welcome news from Omega. I've always hoped that this would happen but to be honest I didn't believe it actually would. I read Omega's release a couple times and I appreciate that they seem to be taking care to do justice to this movement with...
which LE?
By: aston.db4 : January 8th, 2019-11:35
It's great that Omega is bringing back this movement, hopefully it will be sold at brick mortar shops rather than as an "online LE". I just hope it's not another one of those "blogger LE"....

According to Fratellowatches
By: reintitan : January 8th, 2019-17:43
The emphasis is mine. "This movement will not be used in a limited edition watch , but there will be a limitation in production for the reasons stated above. Omega reveiled [sic] that there will be something in gold, for sure. Also, this movement will not...
I suppose selling my speedy last year was good timing..
By: Echi : January 8th, 2019-20:29
This might be an interesting replacement. I say might because I'm sure this will be priced way over the current moonwatch. And hopefully won't go the way of, say, Daytona availability. If they play their cards right, they might have something by way of a ...
Let’s hope they keep it affordable....
By: Bruno.M1 : January 9th, 2019-00:49
5k for a regular speedmaster and 50% more for a 321 is ok But please don’t screw us like panerai does when they use a Minerva. Don’t ask 15 k or so for this .... cause I would love to own one but I don’t like to feel I’m screwed
Doesn't look like it!
By: eyyeo : January 16th, 2019-02:06
Looks like they are taking a "mass production" movement from the past and making it "exclusive" with their spin to milk it further. I would rather they mass produce it and make it affordable. If the IT industry behaves like the watch industry, we will sti...
Oh really?
By: Arie - Mr Orange : January 9th, 2019-02:35
If it’s not in the anniversary watch, why buy it (ok unless the price is reasonable) if you can’t see it?
