I love this question. After 38 drinks I would probably ask the genie for a glass of water and some aspirin, but let's play along.
Those two gold beauties you are holding there are making a very strong case for themselves. That burgundy bezel on the left is absolutely stunning. But if I am being honest, I would probably go for a vintage 321 powered Speedmaster. Something from the 1960s with a bit of patina and a story to tell.
Or maybe I would just rub the lamp again and see if the genie has a sense of humor about the one watch rule.
