I cant believe how $$ the set of hands is - Im going to try to contact Omega to see if they have access to 2 small hands that I can purchase. I know that the new re-edition of the Mark ii has been launched but im not sure that the orange will match up.....

Looking for some guidance locating original hands
Hi all I had a new old watch come into my collection - however two of the Chrono hands are clearly not original, as they are supposed to be orange, and on my watch they are white. I have never sourced hands before and have no idea where to start trying to...

I appreciate you taking the time to help me. I called my watchmaker - he quoted me 95.00 to install the new hands which I feel is more than fair. I'll post pics once the new hands are installed. Thanks again! j
Umm . . . yes, that's more than fair . . .
. . . but not in the sense you probably meant. ;-) Btw, if you decide to replace the crystal (not that I'm suggesting you should), be sure the watchmaker entrusted with that job has the requisite tool which expands the case. A watchmaker may try his hand ...
