1 Omega-CH at Bienne may have the correct hands.
2 So may STS in England (who do all Omega's vintage work in the UK).
3 However, it is possible that your hands are not 'wrong'. After all, they are (a) all the same, (b) match the inner hour indices - neither of which 'the other' watch's do - and may even be original.
4 On vintage watches, hands that do not contain luminous compound often do not age much and can look out of place. To my eyes, yours look excellent.
5 If I were you, I would leave the hands as they are and enjoy the excellent watch as it is. Changing them could be expensive, frustrating and even damage the dial.
