I would have also guessed a ref 14159 from the tiny visible part of the lugs, but you have already given a "no" to Mike...
It is none of the 23XX ref., I can not remember any other ref. from around that time which included a 30 T2 SC Rg with this particular dial (this dial was used on steel models and on SS+ PG bezel models only - from what I have observed so far...)
So I think it might be a re-cased movement in a beautifully sculpted PG case...
