don't like them but don't hate them

I only do not understand why they made these watches. They are cheaper but the quality is less
a snap back is unacceptable for a diver watch, they always used screwed in backs and there is no reason to change that
I thought they wanted to go all the way and be a 100% manufacture, last years we only got watches with inhouse movements, this is an ETA again
I don't have any problem with an ETA but it is strange they choose the other direction again
Case and bezel are 1 'block' they used to be 2 different parts ( screwed bezel ).
I think Panerai does not sell very well anymore. They also made the 634, a similar watch but with the same case. The 634 is a paneristi edition and these used to sell like
hot pancakes, I believe today they aren't even sold out
A thread on that 'other site' got less than 250 replies while they make 500 of these. The 360 on the other hand ... 300 were offered be the demand was a bit over 3000
The hype is gone and supply exceeds demand, at least that's what I believe
A few days ago I was in London and as always looked at some watch shops, secondhand and AD
I noticed some AD had like 50 or 100 Panerai in stock, this is also something new. Dealers have MUCH more in stock than they used to have.
and a last thing, somebody I know bought a Panerai yesterday .... he got 17% discount on a stainless steel model.
17% was IMPOSSIBLE 3 till 10 years ago
