I think I agree...
While perfect for a chronograph, for me the 1/6 second indicator seems out of place here. Visually it works, but I can't reconcile the addition of this function with the lumbering pace of the moon phase.
That said perhaps this dichotemy is what makes it interesting, or as Nicolas points out the quest for accuracy in both small and large increments ties the theme together.
