A shot I could take at the Manufacture during my last visit. Pun non intended, it is a Polarizing watch, which we'll soon discuss.. Best, Nicolas ...

Well, i like it!

I still have a hard time marrying that super-elegant dial with that particular sports case .... To be seen in person.... Filip

Merci, Leopold.

JLC is lovely

not sure what the second crown is for, perhaps an alarm. Here is a dive watch with a leap year indicator.... Only can go down to about 8o meters, but that should be ok ...

I believe the second crown is to adjust…

The internal timer/bezel. But I have been known to be incorrect .

Bezel, correct.

A divers watch with a perpetual calendar, what nonsense….

So why oh why do I like it 😳 🤔 😕

It is so you! ;)

Its the perfect piece....!

 By: @lberti : April 6th, 2022-22:23
It gives you all the unnecessary information which you can check while swimming! The perfect "one watch" ...

Correct! ;)

 By: amanico : April 7th, 2022-06:03

AFAIK, yes. :)

I never did understand why a perp calendar with serious WR wasn't more of a hit with consumers.

We had the IWC GST Perpetual, Glashutte Original Sport Evolution Perpetual, maybe a few others...but they never seemed to take off as a staple offering? I personally really like them.

I believe most of those contenders are "too big".

I have the UN Aqua Perpetual. It's not an everyday watch for me. This Polaris Mariner Perpetual Calendar, on the other hand, has the specs to be one...

I would like to know what the finishing is like

hope the real thing is as nice as your great pix mon ami, can't wait for your detail review Thank you

So, this one makes me think of the Code 11:59 and several other less expensive watches with generic dials.

I can’t quite put my finger on it, but it’s definitely something I’m seeing in the dial that’s very “blah” for me. Pedestrian might be the appropriate word to use. It’s also hard to form an opinion on a picture alone so maybe it’s not like this in the met...

I like it!

A perpetual calendar with 100m of water resistance. Well done.

Thanks for commenting.

At 12mm thick I think it’s the best of the bunch!
