Thank you to everyone for your comments and suggestions. I want to give a shout out to Jeremy Oster of Oster Jewelers for his help. I spoke with him on Friday about my issue and lack of response from LF. He knows Charles Marin at LF and messaged him directly. Charles reached out to me within 30 minutes. The watch will be making its way to LF for a repair.

I love my LF watch but if they were ignoring me that would piss me off. Did you buy it from an AD? If so I would call your AD and have them take it from there, that’s the easiest. If not have you tried calling them directly? ...
I bought it secondhand from a reputable dealer.
In fact, they are going to cover the cost of the service, if I can ever get it serviced.

I had a very good service done by LF through my authorized dealer here in Paris. My galet square micro rotor works always perfectly well. Thanks to LF team.

So disappointing to hear.
I love their watches but I think I’m going to write the off for future purchases. I have an order in for the new Sport Traveler but I’ll be canceling that.
