Laurent Ferrier service issue and lack of response
By: NardinNut : May 15th, 2026-04:05
I’m posting this out of frustration and a bit of desperation. My Galet Square movement has totally seized. I have reached out to LF four times requesting service without a single response. I love this watch but I am getting very frustrated and I’m quite disenchanted with LF currently.
Has anyone else had issues with getting their LF serviced?
Any suggestions on who at LF to reach out to? I’ve done the online “contact us” form twice and I’ve emailed directly to orders@ and sav@ twice.
I bought an ecole regulator. Timing was all over the place and local rolex certified place tested it, said it was not magnetized. LF said it didn't need service just to wind it....without even seeing it. Was very off-putting
Unfortunately, we've had other members here with negative after sales experience from LF.

I'm confident someone will shortly chime-in with their own story........ Sorry to read you are another customer with such an unforgivable service experience....
I love my LF watch but if they were ignoring me that would piss me off. Did you buy it from an AD? If so I would call your AD and have them take it from there, that’s the easiest. If not have you tried calling them directly?
I had a very good service done by LF through my authorized dealer here in Paris. My galet square micro rotor works always perfectly well. Thanks to LF team.
I suggest you follow Emmanuel’s advice (Quattro) and reach out to Robert Bailey. If nothing works and they are still not responsive, please contact me by dm and I’ll see how I can help…
Cross fingers your problem will be solved swiftly 🤞🤞
