I love my LF watch but if they were ignoring me that would piss me off. Did you buy it from an AD? If so I would call your AD and have them take it from there, that’s the easiest. If not have you tried calling them directly? ...

I had a very good service done by LF through my authorized dealer here in Paris. My galet square micro rotor works always perfectly well. Thanks to LF team.

I suggest you follow Emmanuel’s advice (Quattro) and reach out to Robert Bailey. If nothing works and they are still not responsive, please contact me by dm and I’ll see how I can help… Cross fingers your problem will be solved swiftly 🤞🤞
