The H2 Flying Resonance from Beat Haldimann uses this phenomenon directly, although I would consider it to be more of an interesting kinetic sculpture than a precision timepiece. The hairsprings have terminal coils designed for optimal connection to the coupling spring between the balances rather than for isotropic ``breathing'' to improve positional error. All of this aside, the whole assembly is mounted to a central flying tourbillon (as shown here) above the dial for the sake of art.
