. . . the homage Jocke presented is an homage, and not a fraud as there's no attempt made to convince that it's the genuine article . . . it is clearly not manufactured by JLC, and almost certainly not priced as though it were. It's also doubtful that the quality of the watch and suitability for it's intended purpose is anywhere near that of a Polaris. It is a representation of the appearance of a Polaris, and nothing more.

I would submit there's a distinction between a moral imperative and a moral prerogative. I can accept a sense of prerogative morality when it comes to the production of material goods, but not to the point where the moral dimension becomes deterministic . . . respectfully, Art
