Are watch designs patented? Or copyrighted?
If they are, then I might agree. If not, then I'll have to pass. Without legal protection, any design is subject to emulation without retribution. And no, I'm not a lawyer ;-).
Granted, the Polaris is technically currently in production as a re-issue, but what if it were not? Would you still be as aggrieved?
What if the homage was the PanoInverse, a thoroughly new and unique design . . . would your ire be more intense?
