I did enjoy all of those other watches, but now even though I think from time to time that it would be nice to wear the Memovox or the UN Monopusher, the bottom line is that I feel really good about consolidating and trading up. Let's see if I can "stop" ...

must be a great feeling! Tell me, Gary, did this enrich your appreciation or is it meanwhile more difficult to excite you? There are always two sides of the coin...! Then, I'd like to know more about your photographic technique, particularly the illuminat... 

I think that I'm finding that my overt excitement is a little lower, but my appreciation is higher with the passage of time and exposure to more pieces. Learning more about the mechanics of watchmaking (although I'm still no expert) helps, and as my taste...

Thank you, your ability to capture many of my favorite watches in the right light that shows them off to their best, is brilliant. Not often does one have the ability to photograph a watch so well, you consistently capture the essence of what these watchm... 

...that you enjoy these images. I do agree with you that the PP movements are pretty but (to me) a bit sterile. Some would say that the Lange chrono movements are too vertical and altogether over the top, but to get lost in the back of the Mighty Double S...
