Look forward to another 2,000, 20,000, 200,000 posts from you, and chances are, we're going to see a series for a certain Vyskocil piece in the (hopefully) not too distant future! Let's hope that coincides with, say your, 3,000 milestone if we're all lucky!

I think that I'm finding that my overt excitement is a little lower, but my appreciation is higher with the passage of time and exposure to more pieces. Learning more about the mechanics of watchmaking (although I'm still no expert) helps, and as my taste...
