I like a daily beater of a watch that is clean and classic.
I like a sturdy bracelet, but that's not a main criteria.
I like the date function, which is in my opinion, is the most useful function a watch can have.
I like icons.
So, the answer is something like a reverso, or submariner, or fifty fathoms(but heck I don't agree with the price), or maybe a GP Laureato Evo Moon, which has evaded me but has been in my wishlist for 3 years.
