and the largest is 42 mm. All others are between 39 mm and 40.5 mm. Without deeper analyses I would say that the average is 39.0 - 39.5 mm. Often 37 mm feels a bit small while 42 mm feels a bit big. My dream size is 39.5 mm which suits well to my chicken ...
This Patek might be large

But it is beautiful. Suits you very well in my opinion, at least judging by your wrist shots. I think size isn’t the important thing, it’s the design of the watch and how you wear it. For example I’m not a ‘huge watch’ guy, but my Radiomir suits me perfec...

I went from wearing my Submariner, Daytona and Seiko to wearing a 48mm Hublot King Power ( I have three now ). Still, most of my newer watches run about 45mm which I think wear well for me. Today, infant: ...

Shows an increase in size. Dress ones average 40mm. Sport watches 44+mm. The fact is that my wife keeps an eye on anything less than 40mm. As we speak, she was trying my Omega Central Tourbillon!!! Fear!!! Cheers, Nilo

alkiro, It would take some effort to gather and measure all my round watches so I chickened out. My current smallest is 30mm and largest is 46mm (but I've reached 49mm before). Roamer 30mm The mode is 42mm as exemplified by the L.U.C 1963 Chrono PuristS s...
This is easy!

Easy because I have three watches in my current collection and two of them are either square or rectangular. My only round watch is the Patek 7200 London Edition which is 34.6mm. I hope to add the Patek skeleton (3878J) by August and that watch is 31mm. T...

Alkiro, With a range of 37.0 to 42.0, my collection has a mean of exactly 40.0. With a more systematic survey of a larger sample, it would be interesting to look at the relationship of mean watch size to age. Park
No surprise here

I no longer own any square waiting watches since selling my Monaco. My dress watches (3) average 36.9 mm across the round of the case and the sports watches (3) average 41.5. My smallest is my Vacheron 7397 at 34.9 across. My wrist are a puny 17.5 cms. Lu...

Lately I only wear 40mm and below. It's been years since I don't wear anything larger. I tried with the Seamaster 300, but its 41mm, plus its height, were too much for me. I feel comfortable with anything between 37 to 40mm, and the thinner, the better. T...
Well done Alkiro!

I think every watch addict has a spreadsheet to track watches past and present, serial numbers, buy and sell price and sometimes even ratings but I’ve never heard of anyone tracking median sizes! Hahaha My overall smallest was 36 l, my largest 44 but in t...

While lying in bed at 5 AM with the iPhone calculator as my tool the mean comes to 38,5mm from 24 pieces I thought about. Smallest 33mm, largest 45mm, with 8 at 40mm or more and the rest below. Wrist of 17,5cm. Hope this helps.
