My personal experience with Dr. Magnus:
When Magnus was at the Blancpain forum:
I lost the screw of a X71 bracelet (something as easy to get as a 3 dollar bill, here where I live), I posted a question on the forum.
In absolutely no time, by mail I got a Blancpain envelope with a set of screws.
Thanks again Magnus and I look forward to see your words of moderation and wisdom.
