I would say that is an aesthetical or mechanical virtue which requires an effort to be fully appreciated.
In this case, I would exclude a lot of watches in your list.
A Dato is easy to appreciate: A quick look on the dial and mostly on the movement will let you breathless.
Same with the Gyro I, the Voutilainen and so on ...
That being said, which watch will fit in this category, in my opinion?
The JLC Geophysic: a marvellous but hidden movement, which will reveal its richness, its fatal appeal, but only to connoisseurs.
A Longines 13 ZN or 30 CH, for the same reasons.
A PP 5196P may be included to this list, even if there is nothing to hide under the solid case back, but this is a watch to think about before being able to fully appreciate it, at the opposite side of a 5070, which is much easier to undersnta,d or love, sometimes for some wrong reasons, but that is another debate.
The Duometre, but à Quantieme Lunaire, is maybe an intellectual watch, a watch which needs a big effort to fully get it.
These are , of course, not limited examples.
Best,
Nicolas
