Fascinated as many, who wrote before me, by this new Ming
but now it seems we’re starting to play in another league, at least considering the price, so we are back to the same question, is it worth it? Considering that 12 months ago Ming didn’t even exist?
Could it be a wise “investment”?
I know we do not discuss price and value, but I read many post related to the fear of putting a lot of money into independents could be a risk in the medium term, and I’d like to remind you and mysealf as well that if 7€k could be nothing for someone, could instead be a lot of money for someone else...

I am looking forward to what the final opinion will be, but I am afraid I would prefer a Moser no matter what the outcome will be.

Wasn’t fussed on the 17.01 (too small for me), but this I find to be confused and at odds with itself.
I don’t like the: lugs radial gradient lack of numerals/indices lack of seconds hand lack of strap in-fill between lugs price and the least said about the lumed circle nonsense, the better! I do like the: movement long PR hands choice of strap manufacture...

Part of the spending is on "security" of resale, service, spares, dealer network, celebrity connection, etc.
Those are the sorts of things my "Civilian" watch buying friends look for but even for us who are deep in the watch world they are still important. Cazalea
