2 issues with Antiquorum - one with the US AQ, the other with the Swiss AQ. Better experiences with other houses though...

the US Antiquorum one was a non-malicious but annoying mistake that happened 6-7 year ago. They put the wrong address on the box, and provided the same wrong address to the courier, so my watch went to my neighbour! Fortunately, this was only a few doors away, and my neighbour knows my name, so he came over with the box and said "this is for you I think". I am lucky to have honest neighbours!
The Swiss AQ one was more serious. This just happened in May, where they dishonestly tried to pass off a vintage VC as legitimate with all correct parts. It turned out this watch was a franken-watch, with a replacement bridge stamped with the number of a non-existent VC calibre.
Even when I enquired, they insisted the VC archives has said this watch was correct, but when I asked for the actual VC email, it said something quite different. Needless to say I was disappointed by their mendacity.
However, to present both sides of the story, I have had a good experience with Christies, and a small US house called Heritage Auctions which provided good service even during the Christmas rush last yr.
I had a middling experience with Bonhams - no issues with the watch, but customer service was a tad perfunctory and not all that helpful, but the vintage watch was accurately described.
