Dear Sir,
Thank you for your prompt answer.
I own myself more than one wristwatch and this for the last thirty years. None of them had their winding crown falling off.
Mr Journe should not hide behind his team, but take his responsibility and take a look to the watch personally. A watch of this quality and of this price deserves personal attention. I am sure that an artist of his caliber can solve the problem and as a business man, he should know that, after all, we all depend of the good opinion ouf our customers and not of newspaper interviews.
Not having Mr Journe's personal E-Mail, I am sorry to bother you with my problem and will be very grateful if you could forward my remarks directly to him.
