Thank you Marc. After wearing the 38 mm for a few weeks I do actually think the dial, markers, hands and date are a bit small. Thickness of both is ideal, streamlined and thin. Lug to lug is def safer on 38. Whereas lug to lug on 42 is near the limit, like literally 2 mm more and I’d pass on the 42. One of the biggest differences for me is lug and bracelet width. It’s noticeably bigger on 42, which also gives the impression of a larger wearing watch. I looked at the 42 mm size in the mirror at a distance of 5 feet, and it looked fine. Unfortunately I did not get pics of this angle
