Ok some shots the 42 mm looks ok. In others it looks a little big.

And in some shots the 38 mm looks ok, and in others it looks a little small.

Take some pics from afar and send them and we can judge better.

Try to stop thinking watches in terms of case size alone. Dial size, thickness, lug to lug, lug width all impact.

When you take pics and want to compare, take the exact same wrist position etc with both standing up from 5’ away with the help of a friend. Then you will have clarity.
