As you mentioned NASCAR I thought I’d mention a fun fact … the Laureato-Olimpico 8017 was made (in 1996) when Luigi Macaluso was the owner of GP (20 years of ownership that needed when he died suddenly in 2010.
The was a champion rally car driver/navigator in his earlier years. He was the real deal and highly respected in the world of racing.
