I would note on the Bamford Ceramic watch…

 

…first the pricing, with the ceramic bracelet, was US$16k or so which feels like it was very competitive to other all ceramic options.
And second, that watch I believe was sold at Dover Street Market (arguably the retail Mecca of fashion cool) and Harrods. Given this I would not be surprised if these watches ended up on the wrists of folks that may not be so attuned to the secondary market for watches and therefore not likely to offload a watch like this.
Thirdly, any all white ceramic watch is veering more towards the fashion buyer or accessory buyer than the every day watch buyer. Something I think reflected by the choice of points of sale noted above and which may also bolster the idea that not many buyers would be offloading these down the line.
