Updates: the watch turned out to have no records with FP Journe HQ and when I checked out another [genuine] platinum CS…
It was clear that the dial, numerals, hands, movement and case of the two watches was night and day [different]. The watch mentioned in this thread just didn’t feel “special” and the hands and numerals had smudges and the movement shine was “off”.
So I moved on, and I definitely didn’t look back after I did a quick google search of “can people make replica FP Journe timepieces”. I’m not saying that it’s a fake, but it certainly didn’t pass muster. Suffices to say, if anyone claims to have an FPJ Bleu, don’t just take their word for it

I’m now confirming the provenance with Journe HQ, and I assume it’ll check out just fine. But even if it does, I’m very particular about getting the full package (with all ‘accoutrements’) and this may just erk me and ruin the entire ownership experience....
If you have any chance of selling, make 100% sure you have a full set.

As an FYI for another people wondering the same question: the warranty (and warranty extension) are transferrable
I will be not of great help as my Journe purchase dates back to 2010. There was no USB card at the time, The warranty card was in a simple plastic folder but there was a small cloth.
If the watch is in good condition and keeps time accurately, the pricing fair, having the box, warranty card and some papers, it already makes a quite good package.
I buy to own and enjoy, as opposed to flipping.
That being said, life is unpredictable and tastes change; I’d hate to be in a position where I have a lot of explaining to do Besides, that large wooden box is just so so nice 😍

I checked the watch out in person, and examined the dial, case and caseback with a loupe. It checks out (it’s not like it’s easy to produce counterfeit FP Journe timepieces…I think)

I think the seller got a NOS from the AD. Based on the box and card type, this piece should have been shipped to AD before 2017, but it never got sold or registered until 2021. All pieces from Journe after 2017 are coming in the small square box. Hope tha...

I believe there was no leather wallet with this packing. I think your piece is quite early based on your card type, But I can't tell exactly without the serial number.

1000% true; I haven’t owned a Journe so no connection with any boutique.
I used to visit with the the LA boutique staff frequently back in 2015-2017, but the staff have been replaced and I moved thousands of miles away.
