Cartier

The Pasha de Cartier appeared in the the Cartier watch collection in 1985. The inspiration for the model was supposedly a watch made in around 1932 for the Pasha de Marrakech, however this is disputed. Gerald Genta has been credited with reviving the Pash...  

Do you have some illustration of the historic piece that gave the inspiration? I have seen some faked picture of a "vintage" pasha, which never existed. I assume it could be a one-off model with some shared characteristics but I have never seen it. here i...

Cartier is doing lots of great things at the moment! Much better than in the 90s + the rotor is also really cool - I must add that reading the time is probably a challenge given the shapes present in the dial

look at PP Calatrava 6119s, Langes (you know me 😅) and VCs, Breguets, even Moonshine gold speedy….just me, can’t explain, felt like buying gold more than buying a watch. I do respect the collectors who are buying these Cartiers 💪🏻👍🏻

This Cartier caliber and the one in the Tank Chinoise were build from scratch. Not an existing movement that was skletonized. That caliber that Cartier created for the Tank Chinoise, only fits thát case. This is why the price of these watches is higher. Y...
