Getting more, silicon parts would pump up it’s price too high for what the average Cartier customer understands. The kind of customer who likes taste and do not think about the aspect of movements.
The hands are pilots, or Renault emblems. The French connection.
And it needs no introduction LC made the first wrist watch for a friend who was a pilot.
Back to the second text line, i think when the ADLC is away and the X theme broken,
