As for which model, I think that may have been part of the problem as I really do like so many of them and that makes choosing just one harder. Usually something just catches my attention and then it's mine, not very planned or organised but has served me well. I suppose some may say it's a bit impulsive.

For me, the Art Deco lines of the Reverso really speak to me much more than the Cartier. I really like the Cartier, but the Reverso just feels more special to me. Je ne sais quoi. I don't know why I like the Reverso more, but I just do!
Both have a great history and will continue to be classic choices.
To me a basic non date gold Cartier Tank is slightly more the conservative choice. A flamboyant person may choose the Reverso. But either will be winners.

No, mine is the previous generation of mid-size
The size is 25.2 x 42.3. A bit bigger than the new one. I think the new size is fine for most of wrist. The bigger size or "tribute" size is definitely wears much bigger at 27 x 45 mm.

I find the Cartier to be more demure, sophisticated, and elegant. However, I love the sporting nature in the history of the reverso.
