Yeah, the winding is not great. But it did not die last night, which is a win (before, it died midway through the night...).
I'd say the service was OK. There were several delays, and maybe I was wrong to expect this, but I would have appreciated a freebie (maybe a travel case) - given that this happened to a watch that I wore for 2 days. There is no discernible damage to the watch, although I do not look at anything under a loupe. No scratches that I can see. And it certainly doesn't seem like it was polished. In terms of the care provided during the service, I am pleased!
